Terms of Agreement

The following are the terms and conditions for using LiteraryAgenda.com (“Literary Agenda” the “Service” or the “Site”). Your use of the Site indicates that you agree with the terms and conditions below.

Content and Rights

Literary Agenda (the “Service” or the “Site”) provides articles and news from the literary world. The information resides either on Literary Agenda, either on other sites that are not affiliate with Literary Agenda, in which case it is owned and controlled by that site and only linked by out Site.

Rights on content owned by the Service (Literary Agenda or the “Site”)

The content owned by the Service is copyrighted material. You may only display the content of the Service for your own personal use (i.e., non-commercial use) and may not otherwise copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content.

If you want to use the content, but you are not sure you have the right to, send us an e-mail at office@literaryagenda.com and we will let you know.

Rights on the content not owned by the Service (Literary Agenda or the “Service”)

The articles and sites linked to by the Service are developed by people over whom Literary Agenda has no control.

In this case (when the information is owned and controlled by other site), Literary Agenda provides a brief description of the article and a link to the original site. When you chose to read the full article you will be redirected the site that contains the full story. Literary Agenda doesn’t claim any ownership rights to the full news stories. The rights are held by the sites to which the Service links to, or other third party providers.

Please be aware that we (the Service) are not responsible for the privacy practices of the sites to which we link or by the expiration of the links

Removal of Links

Literary Agenda (the Service) compiles and displays a great number of links. If you would like us to remove a link that you own, please inform us at office@literaryagenda.com or send a request through the contact form. We reserve the right not to remove the link until you provide us sufficient information to stand for you being the owner of the link.

Modifications

Literary Agenda has the right to modify this Agreement and any policies affecting the Site and any modification is effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any modification to this Agreement shall be conclusively deemed an acceptance of all such modification(s).

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK OF LOSS RESULTING FROM YOUR DOWNLOADING AND/OR USE OF FILES, INFORMATION, COMMUNICATIONS, CONTENT, OR OTHER MATERIAL (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION SOFTWARE) ACCESSED THROUGH OR OBTAINED BY MEANS OF THE SITE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL LITERARYAGENDA.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT ARE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RELATED TO THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE.
