Literary Agenda is an independent blog. English is not my mother tongue, nor is literature anywhere close to my profession. Reading acts as r&r after a day in the office.

While I do receive free copies for review, I have never read or review any of them. I am not a professional critic, the website’s traffic would not significantly impact the popularity of a book and I am quick on dropping any piece of work that doesn’t act like the magic cure for the day. Said that, it just seems unfair to accept freebies. This is not to say that I will never do this. I carefully go through each proposal of such nature.
